2. Fill out the Arizona Secretary of State Notary Public Application

3. Send in Money, Application and Notary Public Bond to the Secretary of States office for processing
Once you have completed your notary applicationa and received your Pre-Executed Arizona notary bond via email from us,
Mail the following documents to the Secretary of State (use the address shown above):
1. The original application with an original signature.
2. An original notarized bond with original signatures.
3. A check or money order in the amount of $43.00 made payable to the Secretary of State.
$25.00 Application fee + $18.00 notary bond filing fee = $43.00 Total filing fee
**If you wish to have your application expedited there is a $25.00 expedite fee. Expedite processing times
vary depending on available staff and volume of workload, however, a 24-48 hour turnaround is our standard.
If mailed, applications need to be clearly marked “EXPEDITE” on the envelope.
4. Fax, Scan or Mail a Copy of Your Commission Certificate to us so We May Send Your Supplies. (If purchased)
