How to Become a Arkansas Notary Public

1. Obtain a $7500.00 Arkansas Notary Public Bond - Click here for bond packages

2. Fill out the Arkansas Secretary of State Notary Public Application - Click Here for App.

3. You have 30 days form the date of your commission to file with the Secretary of State and the Circuit Clerk in the county of your residence. Your commission date is located in the body of your Surety Bond.

4. You must return your Notary Application, Notary Surety Bond and the $20.00 Fee to Secretary of State Business and Commercial Services:
