2. Apply On-Line to Become an Indiana Notary Public
Indiana has the ability to fill out the application and submit it via a secured form on the Indiana Secretary of States web site. Please make sure you have the bond number and name of Surety prior to filling out this application.

2. Recieve Commission Certificate and Fax/Email to us for Supplies
After submitting your on-line application to the Indiana secretary of state, you should recieve a commission certificate. Once you have recieved the commission certificate, IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED SUPPLIES FROM US, Then you may fax/email a copy of the certificate to us so we may ship you your requested supplies.
2. Have Oath Administered
After the application has been completed, the applicant shall personally appear before an officer authorized to administer oaths, who shall administer the oath of the office to the applicant. (Ind. Code 33-16-2-1(d))
